The CPM designation is awarded by the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) to real estate property and asset managers who meet its high standards.

In partnership with FIABCI-Bulgaria, CPM courses are now available in Sofia. Taught by expert IREM instructors, the CPM curriculum is essential for any property manager looking to compete in this growing industry.

The CPM program is built upon knowledge and training essential to managers of all property types. Every candidate must meet a minimum experience requirement, pass a series of relevant courses and a certification examination, write the Management Plan Skills Assessment, and adhere to the IREM Code of Ethics.
