• Cancellation policy 1: If you cancel your participation in the course not later than 22 working days before the beginning of the training, your payment will be totally reimbursed.
• Cancellation policy 2: If you cancel your participation in the course later than 22 working days before the beginning of the training, your payment will not be reimbursed.
• Please do all payments for hotel accommodation directly at the reception desk according the administration and cancellation policy of the chosen hotel. The organizers are not responsible for your relation with the hotel. You will be able to take advantages from the preferential  accommodation price after confirming your registration for the course.
